Travel Form and Information
As a COWA student, you are required to inform us any time you travel out of Seville.Travel is an enriching experience and we hope that at some point during your time here you will venture outside of Seville. As a COWA student, you are required to inform us any time you travel out of Seville. This requirement serves two purposes:
- It allows us to know your exact whereabouts at all times in the event of an emergency.
- It forces you to think out the details and logistics of your trip in advance, minimizing complications from poor planning.
Fill this form out as completely as possible and submit it as far in advance as possible.
- If you are visiting multiple cities, please list all of them and include the dates you will be in each city.
- Only one form is necessary per group of COWA students as long as everybody shares the exact same travel plans.
